Feature requests

• add a count option to the "l1a" command
• Set periodic trigger as every n orbits at a programmable BX or every n bx
• Random trigger should cover much larger range of rates (32-bit value). Currently the slowest is around 1.4kHz
• DONE: 2015-10-15 dgastler reset registers to power-on state
